Eagle Quest foster homes
come in many shapes and sizes. Our
homes are host to individual youth as well as sibling groups. The
youth in our homes come from very different backgrounds. Some
of our homes are basic foster care homes, while others are more focused,
therapeutic group homes. The population of youth that we care
for range in age, and suffer from many different issues, including:
- multiple mental health diagnoses
- abuse and/or neglect
- legal problems
- behavioral issues
Eagle Quest currently has bed openings.
Regardless
of the type of home, the youth there can look forward to a
safe, secure, and structured environment in which
to grow into successful young adults. The youth are welcomed
into our homes with open arms, and with the patience, perserverance,
and
guidance of caring parents, they begin to look forward to a future
that they might not have had before they entered our program.
Therapeutic/Treatment Foster Care
(Higher Level of Care/Alternative Placement)
Eagle Quest provides therapeutic treatment homes for children who require alternative placement. These homes are equipped with dedicated parents who are highly skilled and receive specialized training, familiarizing themselves with various mental health conditions as well as the necessary interventions and techniques to rehabilitate each individual client. While in placement, clients will be assigned a Rehabilitative Mental Health Case Manager. These case managers, under the direct supervision of one of our Licensed Clinicians, will develop individualized, strength-based treatment treatment/rehabilitative plans that will target and treat the client's mental health diagnosis. In addition to a case manager, Eagle Quest clients can expect to receive a Rehabilitative Mental Health Specialist that will provide clinically necessary services such as Basic Skills Training and/or Psychosocial Rehabilitation. These bachelors and masters level specialists will assist in the rehabilitation process and help restore the client to their highest level of functioning. Eagle Quest requires daily measurable documentation for the purpose of closely monitoring the client's progress and keeping all team members informed. Legal guardians and caseworkers have access to all documentation, and our employees are only a phone call away. Eagle Quest clients are given the opportunity to participate in our renowned High Adventure Outdoor Skills Program. Here, clients will get to experience new and exciting adventures that virtually no other higher level of care agency provides. To remember their unique experiences, clients in placement will receive a professionally-made scrapbook that highlights their journey and progression through our therapeutic program.
